Knowledge Capture Techniques

There are various techniques that knowledge managers can use to capture knowledge in organisations. Examples include:
  • Group and individual interviews
  • Laddering
  • Concept mapping
  • Process mappping
  • Commentating
  • Observation
  • Constrained tasks
  • Concept sorting
  • Repertory grid
Institutions like parliament can use any or a combination of the above techniques for knowledge capture.
